Meet Stacey Cole

Founder of C.O.L.E Counselling & Qualified Psychotherapist
I’m Stacey Cole, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience—and a deep belief that meaningful change begins when we feel truly heard.
I founded C.O.L.E Counselling to provide a safe, compassionate, and adaptable space where people can explore life’s challenges and rediscover their sense of balance and self-worth. My approach is integrative, blending traditional talking therapies with creative and movement-based techniques—because healing is never one-size-fits-all. Whether I’m supporting someone through anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I work collaboratively to create space for reflection, growth, and emotional resilience.
I’m passionate about integrating holistic, body-based methods into therapy and exploring how creativity, play, and movement can support emotional healing. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel empowered to understand themselves and develop lasting tools for wellbeing.
When I’m not in the counselling room, you’ll probably find me on a netball court, in the kitchen baking or cooking, reading something psychology-related, or dancing like no one’s watching (though usually, someone is!). I’m endlessly curious and always exploring new ways to help people reconnect—with themselves and with life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward positive change, I’d love to hear from you.
